Thuppakki to be Remade?
As soon as the movie received the note that it was going to be a big hit, it seems AR Murugadoss has decided to make sure he repeats the Ghajini tale with this movie. Hence, he has already announced remaking Thuppakki in Hindi. Previously, he remade his Suriya and Nayanthara movie Ghajini with Aamir Khan and Asin in it. This time he is going to remake the movie Thuppakki with Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra in it. Apparently the movie will be remade into Hindi by the end of 2013. continue reading...
Comedian Vivek Hurt!
During shooting for the film Pathayiram Kodi, actor and comedian Vivek was quite badly hurt, which led him to be sent to the hospital. Apparently he was shooting for a sequence where he was supposed to make a jump over someone else. However, something went wrong and Vivek ended up falling, and he tore a ligament on his leg, hurting himself badly. The movie shoot, directed by Srinivasan Sunder, was called to a halt, and Vivek was advised to rest a while before re-joining films. continue reading...

Movie Review Theevram
Theevram is a film with many weaknesses to it. The primary spot of weakness is the storyline which has nothing much to add. The tried and tested revenge tragedy stream has become boring and dull, and that is the reason why a lot of times you would find this movie to be incredibly silly thanks to the characters, and their often childish behavior. Bal Thackeray’s death has been a major shock to Bollywood. Celebs continued to tweet and speak via social media about their relationship to Bal Thackeray and their moments together. Amitabh Bachchan Remembers Bal Thackeray
Bollywood and Mumbai were stunned to hear the death of the 86 year old Bal Thackeray, the leader of Shiv Sena. Among them were celebrities who had shared moments with him, and his death made many commiserate. Amitabh Bachchan for example, spoke about his near-death experience in the sets of Coolie, and the way Bal Thackeray had helped him survive. Apparently he had taken Amitabh Bachchan to the hospital in his own ambulance to take him to Breach Candy Hospital, and subsequently, when he was better, he had drawn up a cartoon that depicted the Hindu god of Death, Yamraaj, defeated in the hands of Amitabh.
