
The statement of Kamal Haasan to leave the country and start searching a secular place due to a ban over Vishwaroopam has stunned the film industry. “We have all gone through this, we have all faced this. To say the least, it is the most unfortunate thing to happen to a film, it’s so humiliating.” Sharukh Khan said. The Centre also spoke out in support of Haasan, saying everyone in the country has a right to express and even artistes are free to decide their choice of work. “What he (Kamal) is going through amounts to hounding.” Samson (Censor Board Chief) said.
