Ajay Devgn and his film production house, Ajay Devgn Films Pvt Ltd, had recently filed a case against Yash Raj Films about his movie Son of Sardaar, claiming that YRF was using their veteran position to bring in more theaters and not giving enough space to let Son of Sardaar, which is the biggest competition for the film. The charges were filed some time back, and it made the situation between Ajay Devgn and YRF quite bitter. Ajay complained that though he had nothing much to do about the release of Son of Sardaar, it was true that the film did have a disadvantage.
