Of late, the films of Dileep have become more and more predictable. Most of them have similar story-line and comes with similar treatment. Sound Thoma is no different. It tells the story of Thoma, played by Dileep and his dad Paulo (Sai Kumar). Born with a cleft lip, Thoma is not offered any treatment by his miserly father.
