Thuppakki, the new Vijay movie, has received a solid “U” from the Kollywood censor board, who has deemed the movie to be a total entertainer. The film has got Kajal Aggarwal in the lead female role and it is supposed to be filled with action. The film is supposed to be released across the world in about 9000 screens.
